THE PERFECT TIME FOR A NEWBORN SHOOT

 

When is the perfect time for a newborn shoot?

 Just born babies are best captured between 5-10 days old for those relaxed and sleepy shots. After 10 days old, babies are more alert therefore more awake during your session. You will have more awake images in our gallery. I usually suggest my clients that is really up to when they are ready to come in to the studio for their newborn session.

I have a variety of images taken during the shoot; mum and baby, dad and baby, baby with siblings and all together also. My newborn sessions are mainly about the beautiful connection between you and your new family.

The date of your photo session is booked based on your due date, cesarean date or induction date. The date can be moved with an understanding that your baby may arrive earlier or later. Once you are ready, get in touch with me and will give my weekly availability to organise your session.

V & J came with their newborn baby girl just on time. She was born during our second lockdown from Covid 19 . We organised her newborn photoshoot as soon as we were able to trade again. And it felt so good to be able to create memories for my clients.
