YOUR NEWBORN SESSION:
Newborn photography is best when captured within the first 9-11 days of a baby’s arrival, a time when they’re naturally serene and sleepy. Beyond this period, babies tend to be more awake and alert, resulting in a mix of awake and peaceful images in our gallery. It is really up to you when you are ready to come to the studio for the newborn session.
We base the date of your session on your due date or cesarean date, understanding that flexibility is crucial due to the unpredictable nature of childbirth. Should your baby arrive sooner or later, simply keep us informed so we can adjust the session date accordingly. Your comfort and convenience are our priorities.
Booking your session is flexible—there’s no such thing as too early or too late. However, it’s wise to reach out in advance to secure a date that aligns perfectly with your schedule and preferences for the photography session.
Your photography session takes place in the morning, a time when babies are typically at their happiest. Additionally, this timing ensures we make the most of the beautiful natural light within my studio setting. You’ll find my studio in Endeavour Hills (3802).
