Lifestyle Photography photography for a family from Hong Kong.

This family got together for a family photoshoot in Olinda.

When J first emailed me, I wasn’t expecting her to be of the the children in this family session. It was a great fun time photographing big kids.

J is from Hong Kong. She came down on a holiday with her husband to visit her family. Her mum always wanted to capture her family for years. So this trip was the perfect time to have their session done in The Dandenongs, Olinda.

Even from Hong Kong, J and I had emails back and forth organising everyones outfits while the rest of her family was in Australia. They did a great job!

My family session is all about having fun, to capture the connection, the authenticity, the story my families are sharing with me.

Hearing them talking in cantonese and having fun in that language, this family took me down to memory lane as I grew up in Hong Kong through out my last few years of high school. These years of high school were not the easiest for me but looking back I’m beyond grateful for the experiences that helped me get where I am today.
